The Music Seen Project Workshop

The Music Seen Project aimed to provide hands on video production experience to people who wouldn't usually get the chance. In September 2007 we started working with a group of vendors from the Big Issue In The North, running practical workshops on shooting, editing and teamwork. The exercises were based around music performances and led up to the vendors going to actual gigs and filming the bands onstage, and then editing the films themselves. This photo slideshow shows images of the vendors at work in a workshop, filming the band Wave Machines. Photography by John O'Shea.
